The travel industry has been immensely affected by the growth of the internet. What was once a personal interaction has become a “clickable" off-the-shelf product that no longer contains personality and customization. Rhodes Less Travelled wanted to engage their clients in a different brand dialogue – one that spoke to their personalized service, the luxury and adventure experiences they create and the long-term relationships they've fostered with purveyors and clients.

Frank met this need by delving into the travel experience and designing a unique customer path that sparks a traveller’s imagination, senses and emotion. The resulting logo, wordmark, website and marketing toolkit elevated the brand experience so that it matched the thoughtful and rich journeys clients expect from Rhodes Less Travelled. We designed and produced the tactics on a tight budget – making their in-house use manageable and affordable for a small group of travel advisors.

Each marketing tactic is customizable for Rhodes Less Travelled clients; from the hand stamped trip binder to the carefully crafted itinerary dividers made from old maps to the fragrant spice sachets tucked into custom wrapped gift packages.
