Still adapting to significant financial challenges and staff reductions from previous seasons, one of Alberta’s cultural backbones needed to start over with fresh marketing and communications strategy and launch a new season; with only weeks to spare.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, the intrepid team at Frank quickly on boarded and within six weeks helped to launch the Ballet’s 50th Anniversary Season and create a cohesive creative strategy for the remainder of the existing season.
Alberta Ballet tells an authentic cultural story, and we were thrilled to bring updated tools to the table that helped to reinvigorate the Ballet’s brand, while successfully engaging existing ticket holders in a recessionary period. We brought an invigorated design strategy to the table that spoke candidly, thought creatively in both online and traditional print mediums and moved the Ballet towards a new online marketing strategy.
It’s not always fun to start over, but when you get to implement a design strategy that solves problems, is cost effective and ensures design consistency – it reminds us why we love what we do.
